Most women experience some type of breast problem during their lifetimes. If you find a lump or change in your breasts, don’t panic. More than 80 percent of breast disorders are not cancerous. However, you should contact a breast specialist for a thorough exam. Please call 615-396-6800 to schedule an appointment if you suspect changes in your breast tissue.

Appointment Check List

Please bring these items to your appointment:

• Mammogram & Breast Ultrasound Image (CD or films)
• List of Current Medications (list with dosage or bring bottles)
• Insurance Information (please note if patient is self-pay)
• Picture ID
• Co-Payment or Deductible

Please arrive 30 minutes early to your first appointment.
